Just about every automated system requires an electrical panel to house the controls.  Whether you are using our controls or not, we can put your controls in a control cabinet.  We can design it, or take your design, and then build, inspect and test to make sure it is what you want.

Powersms can custom build panels from the ground up, or bring existing control panels up to UL safety standards. Our panels are constructed with field serviceability in mind, using only top of the line components. Each panel is custom designed, well documented and aesthetically pleasing.

Our experienced professionals have extensive AutoCAD drafting experience, and can design new or upgraded panels of all types.

We can create an optimized layout of the equipment, power sources and wiring, making the most efficient use of space, while ensuring that all components are accessible for maintenance and repairs. We can quickly and easily implement any changes through all stages of the design process and provide full documentation to meet legal requirements.

Once a design is finalized, we extract the data to compile a bill of materials, source all the components and order and assemble the panels. The panels are then tested, including full control system testing, as required.

We can service, maintain and repair all control panels, and perform troubleshooting of control devices and circuitry, providing replacement parts and components.
